Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please contact us at malo@themalolife.com to initiate a return.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in the original packaging. We kindly ask that you package your return securely to avoid any damage during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Please note: we do not refund original shipping charges, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Earrings
- Food or other perishables
- Gift vouchers
Return Guidelines
- All items must be in resaleable condition.
- We highly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- Please do not dispose of packaging until you’re certain you’re keeping your purchase; damaged or unpackaged items may not be eligible for a return.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us with your request. We’ll do our best to accommodate size or color swaps, depending on availability. If your preferred option is unavailable, we’re happy to offer a refund instead.
Please note that customers are responsible for return postage for exchanges, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
